As installing motors with use of binding agents, DO NOT allows any adherence to the bearing or intrusion into the motors.
It is dangerous to use ultrasonic equipments when motors are being installed or when parts and components are being assembled , It has the potential to cause damage of motors’internal components. PLEASE treat it with caution.
DO NOT store motors under hot and humid environment. Also DO NOT place them in the atmosphere of harmful gases, as it may lead to malfunction.
When it is about to press in a pully, gear ect, onto the motor output shaft. PLEASE always provide a support to the shaft at the other end , or other suitable use of the correct metal pad.
When it is necessery to weld , PLEASE ensure the prompt action of welding to avoid damage to the plastic around motor terminals. DO NOT give force to the terminals so as to aviod their inward bending and subsidence . The same for solder residue ,as well as access of the rosin to the internal motors,also need to be care of . Careful measures should be taken if necessery ,to seal all the holes and apertures nearby. Any motors with rivet-structured terminal must also be catrful to let rosin enter, which can cause the failure of electrical conduction.
